Semester Abroad at Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción 

Program Description
Spend a semester or a year at UCSC, where students can build their Spanish skills from intermediate through advanced levels or take courses in Spanish in fields within their majors. Concepción is the capitol of Chile's Bio Bio region and the second largest city in Chile. Most exchange students live with families in the local area during their time at UCSC, which provides students with a great way to get to know Chilean culture.  Black sand beaches are nearby, and Concepción offers a variety of museums, music venues and other cultural attractions. Santiago, the nation's capital, is only a one-hour flight away.
